Last week, leaked idea art revived fanatics’ hopes that a brand new Silent Hill game become in the works. Now, a VGC file is claiming that Konami is working on several entries in the survival horror collection.
On May 12th, Twitter person AestheticGamer1 shared four pix that had been allegedly from brand new access inside the Silent Hill series. Rapidly after he tweeted the photographs, they had been removed for copyright motives, including fuel to the speculation that they were indeed what he claimed them to be.
The four images featured a hallway shaded in red light protected in sticky notes, a rubbish-strewn room that looks paying homage to the residence in Resident Evil 7, Japanese text over a desk covered in yet extra garbage, and a photograph of a young lady with peeling skin revealing written notes like, “I hate myself.”
AestheticGamer1, who has credibly leaked information within the beyond, did not provide additional context for the images, only that he had sufficient proof from his supply to trust they were real. In his thread, he also revealed that this was now not the only Silent Hill recreation in development, a statement this latest report from VGC probable confirms.
The VGC record says that numerous of its sources, as well as outstanding video game insiders, have claimed that Bloober crew, the studio in the back of the ho-hum horror game The Medium, are operating on a Silent Hill 2 remake. That is seemingly backed up via the studio’s very own CEO pronouncing his team is working on “some other gaming project, any other horror IP” with a “very famous gaming writer,” in an interview with GI.biz.

Further to a brand new Silent Hill recreation and a Silent Hill 2 remake, there’s likely one extra Silent Hill sport in development — an episodic story-pushed narrative game. The VGC record was light on information about this aspect of the Silent Hill news, floating studios like Annapurna Interactive, and Supermassive video games (each known for his or her high-concept, narrative-pushed video games) as capability partners. Regrettably, it doesn’t seem like there have been any paintings to revive Silent Hills, the now-canceled sport that Guillermo del Toro and Hideo Kojima have been working on.
Konami has no longer yet publicly commented on the leaks nor showed any new Silent Hill projects.
