The Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro one of the most anticipated new comers sporting Microsoft Latest operating system and it promises to leverage Windows 11 with high end components and the productivity friendly 16:10 high resolution display. This PC is intended to be the prime example of Lenovo mid range Plus lineup Which boasts some of the features and the users will find in Think pads and the quality build while still being affordable.The configuration comes in at $1420 which is not so cheap. The $1190 starting configuration sits in the confusing place too. But ultimately it is all about whether, this is a good laptop for the money.
DESIGN
The IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro as the premium laptop and it is constructed of Aluminum machined which is the good thing. This would be the suitable build quality at $1000 or less. It has the minimal bezels up top and on the sides with the larger chin, an inverted notch at the top houses the cameras as adds a convenient lip for opening the lid. The IdeaPad Slim 7i Pro joins many recent laptops, that utilize a minimalist design. It is an attractive laptop enough.
PERFORMANCE, FEATURES & DISPLAY
Lenovo includes its performance tuning utility that lets the user switch between battery saving, intelligent cooling and the extreme performance modes. Utility made difference in just 2 of our benchmarks. It is equipped with an 11th generation 35 Watt Intel core i7 11370 H CPU and 4 core and 8 thread processor, it is an interesting processor.

It is equipped with the 14 inch 16:10 IPS display in what it calls the 2.8K resolution at 2880^1800. The display is reasonably bright at 368 nits and above 300 nits threshold and beating out the 238 nits of the $1000 Dell Inspiron. It also enjoys the bright colours than average at 80% Adobe RGB
It features the same keyboard design and it is spacious with large and the comfortable sculpted keycaps. It is not the quite the same level of comfort as HP spectre but most of the people love this keyboard. Touch pad was large and took up more space on the palm rest and the surface is smooth.
