The developer has clarified that there is a simulator in Xcode, which displays all the icons finely, but those icons don’t show any appearance in the smart watch. Some of the developers are claiming that this might be due to latest screen dimensions & resolution. The icons were actually perfect in the older smart wrist watches even in the watches running on operating system WatchOS 8. The list of application is visible, you can check easily which app is present where, just icons are not appearing.
